hellogoodbye.

It seems that I haven't been updating since the start of this year.

Just a quick update though. Sunday's book in timing has been changed to 2200, instead of the usual 2230hrs. Why? Nobody still has got a clue.

ANYWAYYYYYYYYYYy, audit is finally over. I would say the months' of preparation for it was well worth it. We emerged with full marks. Cool!

So right now in the office we would still be doing the usual work, but we no longer have to worry about audit anymore. And that my friends, is GOOD.

I've got a new computer as well, I can finally play all my games w/o lag.

And on another note, I've finally finished reading The Time Traveler's Wife. It took me a good 6 months to finish 1/3 of the book, and a good 2 days to finish the remainder. Now I'm on this one called 'The Tipping Point'. It's a short book. It talks about how small things can make big differences. Like how a programme will hit higher TV ratings just by swapping the order of questions asked in the programme. It's very interesting. The book's already half done. After that book, I'll start on Catch-22.

Okay, that's all I have to say now. So I guess I'll see you all on Friday night? No weekend duties next week! woohoo!

over my head part 2

Hi. Apparently blogger lost my last entry, and I won't be typing it out again. So you guys can try to figure what was in my last post.

Anyway, was damn tired because I booked out today. I slept from 12 to 4pm, then went shooting at the esplanade till about 6.30pm where i met Joseph for dinner at Funan. Reached home at 8.30pm then will be slacking till 9.30pm, and after that I will go back to my beloved army camp.

And we won't have nights off tomorrow. I think it isn't because we had a super long weekend, but rather the big shots (but mostly small) would be having some New Year celebration party thing in camp tomorrow night till late so we have to be ready to clean up the place.

And, I got tons of books this Christmas. I'm still trying to juggle between The Time Traveler's Wife (which I bought in June, I think), A Purpose Driven Life, and my Methodist church manual. And the Bible. I have to finish a couple of them ASAP.

Well, the past two week's been great, but we still have LOTS to finish up in the office. Audit is in 3 weeks' time, and unless we really chiong, I don't think we can finish. And I have been slacking a bit in the office. I can't seem to bring myself to do work which will be audited when I'm flooded with miscellaneous stuff, which keeps coming.

Oh well, I guess that's army for you.

Since it's the new year, I feel compelled to say, 'NEXT YEAR ORD LOH!'

Which is pathetic, if you come to think of it.

Okay, see you guys on Friday night. Have a great week!

over my head.
