blue and yellow.

Well, that's another weekend I guess.

Spent the whole weekend in church. Yesterday we had a leadership seminar in Sentosa, was in church from 8am (had BB Core Leaders), till like 10pm. It was fun though, learnt quite a bit on leadership, and the types of it. What was nice about the seminar was the tea break. As with all Singaporeans, I love tea break. Not just for the food, but for the fellowship. I talked with people whom I don't usually talk to/have the time to talk to. I caught up with my buddy who was my platoon-mate in Ninja company during BMT days (oh how the illusion of how it seems so long ago), and a few others whom I usually only say hi to before/after service.

Had usual service today, then went home to sleep. I slept for like 4 hours, woke up at 7pm. I had this weird dream that I went back to JJC to study. So I was searching my cupboard for my uniform, and found out that instead of beige it had turned white. Then a second later it became beige again. I was late for school. What's ironic was that despite the long dream, I didn't even reach school. Most of the dream was spent at home, searching for something. What, I don't know.

Wanted to meet the gang for lan, but we didn't in the end. We played at home.

Well as you can see, I don't have to book in today, I'm going on another round of inspection at some other camp which I don't know yet. So I hope it'd be slack, apart from tomorrow, it's just another mundane week.

So how do I keep myself alive and optimistic throughout the week? I don't know about you guys, but this is how I count my weekdays:

Mondays - Nothing much to look forward to, it's the WORST day of the week! But however long the day seems, it's not that bad, because we just booked in the night before.

Tuesdays - Digital Life! and Nights off!

Wednesdays - Mid week! Singapore Idol!

Thursdays - Urban! and hopefully nights off for the 2nd-year soldiers so camp would be quieter! Singapore Idol results!

Fridays - Book out!

As you can see, I actually look forward to getting the extras (digital life, urban) that come along with The Straits Times. Sadly, it's a far cry from my JC days, when I view my weekdays in terms of timetable, like Monday's and Wednesday's PE, Tuesday's softball, or something like Monday's computing day, Tuesday's GP day, and so on and so forth. Well, but I guess my current system of calculating the days to liberation is much better, as I'm not counting days in terms of IPPT (equivalent to NAPFA test) and SOC (equivalent to pain)!

Oh well, enough rambling. Time to floss, brush teeth, and sleep. And hope the weekdays will pass fast! I haven't gotten my T-shirts and gig bag which I have been wanting for so long! Garghh!

Goodnight!
